NRTA President Debbie Ravel addresses crowd assembled at Conference 2023 Fort Lauderdale saying, “Collaboration is at the heart of effective and successful real estate lease management.”
Ravel, Principal, DR Lease Consulting, LLC, Inc. addressed the NRTA Community of Lease Industry Professionals on Sept. 18. A long-time member and current president of the non-profit education association, she is a member of NRTA’s Executive Leadership Team.
“IT’S SO NICE to see so many familiar faces and many new peers here to experience this ‘best in class’ educational event. In thinking about what makes US – the National Real Estate Tenants Association Family – a ‘best in class’ organization, one word comes to mind,” she said. “Collaboration.”
Collaboration is of utmost importance.

“As we navigate career defining challenges and opportunities,” Ravel continued, “The power of collaboration stands out as a guiding force that propels us toward growth, innovation and success.” It embodies the notion that “together we are greater than the sum of our parts. Look around this room. We are all individuals from diverse backgrounds, skillsets and viewpoints. Through COLLABORATION we get to share our thoughts, ideas and perspectives. By working together with others, we continually enhance our communication skills, empathy and adaptability.”
These skills, she added, are “Skills that are paramount in both our professional and personal lives.
