When it comes to COVID-19, Landlords’ responses have varied. Some like Taubman and Federal Realty Investment Trust have indicated, at least initially, that they expect payment. Others like Greystar, Pebb, Tricera Captial, and Avra Jain have invited tenants to engage in dialogue. Rappaport provided an automatic extension to tenants.
