Natalie A. Phelan has been a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for approximately eighteen years. After serving almost seven years in the San Francisco Division of the FBI, she transferred to New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2006. Over the course of her career, Special Agent Phelan has investigated a variety of federal violations involving violent crimes and gangs and is currently assigned to the Louisiana Joint Terrorism Task Force.
Special Agent Phelan serves as the Crisis Management Coordinator for the New Orleans FBI, and her responsibilities include preparation, coordination, and response of FBI assets to critical incidents across Louisiana. Natalie is also the FBI Active Shooter Coordinator for the New Orleans Division of the FBI.
