Kathy Vipatapalin is a Property Management Manager for Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., the corporate office for over 2,000 Panda Express restaurants. She has been with the company for 10 years, with a total of 15 years’ experience in the Property Management industry.
Prior to Panda, she utilized her Accounting degree to work as a Tax Project Professional at Deloitte where she learned about taxes and audit work. A few years later, she luckily was introduced to Real Estate, which essentially began her career in Property Management. A field she enjoys because Property Management allows her to do the things she is passionate about: working with people and numbers! The Property Management team at Panda handles three main core duties–repair and maintenance issues, Lease Auditing and Lease Administration. The team prides itself with providing exceptional service to its Operators while saving the company money and protecting Panda’s interest.
