David W. Robinson, Esq. is a shareholder at the firm of Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, PC and focuses his practice on litigation of lease disputes, complex commercial matters, employment law, wage and hour collective actions, construction law, and securities and financial disputes. Mr. Robinson represents retail businesses, restaurants, manufacturers, service providers, and financial institutions. His clients rely on his experience and expertise to advise, draft and negotiate all types of contracts, and to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation in state and federal courts. He has tried cases before judges, juries and arbitrators in Massachusetts and New York.

He is a frequent lecturer for the National Retail Tenants Association, regularly speaking at its National Conference and webinars as well as writing articles for its newsletter on matters of legal significance to retail businesses.
